Clinical Experience
I have worked in an In-Home Family Therapy program, providing therapy for children, couples, siblings, individuals, and families with acute psychiatric events/diagnoses and abuse/neglect backgrounds.
Following an internship during graduate school, I spent the next 13+ years at Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit — starting as the “Noogieland” (children/teens) program manager before being hired as the Program Director, providing a therapeutic group support environment for anyone affected by cancer.
In 2012, I decided to focus my career working with individuals and couples, starting at The Relationship Institute in Royal Oak before opening my private practice in 2019.
Therapeutic Practice & Style
Each person who walks into my office comes with unique strengths and experiences, and thus, my approach is unique to each client. I’m trained in CBT, Mindfulness, Strength-based, Family Systems, IFS, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy.
